With nearly two decades spent inside Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris and around the world, Chef Stephane Lemagnen has more than paid his dues on the road to his ultimate calling: an on-trend, of-the-moment restaurant delivering elite-quality dining to “everyday” eaters.

A private chef for the rich and famous, Stephane saw his dream begin to take shape when a small kitchen with virtually no seating became available in the bustling Lower East Side of Manhattan.

Ideal? Not really. But the possibilities were endless.

The place was cramped and unassuming, but our chef-preneur was able to meet the moment, realizing his goal using only limited equipment and a few delicious recipes to create a niche fast-food known as 375º Chicken ‘n Fries.

Then a global pandemic hit.

Unphased, Stephane leveraged the many lessons he’d learned from previous business “disasters” (his word, not ours) to regroup and reassess.

And, after a brief shutdown, 375º Chicken ‘n Fries was reborn, this time with a genius inbound marketing scheme that invited food bloggers and social media influencers to help spread the word about 375’s game-changing sandwiches and fries.

Will 375° Chicken ‘n Fries help me find a location?

As the franchisee, you will be responsible for finding and developing the franchise restaurant location. 375° Chicken n Fries will support you by providing an expert third-party commercial broker to assist you with finding a location, as well as submitting your site package to the company for acceptance review.

Does 375° Chicken ‘n Fries train me, and how long is the training?

You and/or your general manager will be participating in our twelve (12) days intensive training program. The training takes place at one of our locations in NYC or New Jersey. In addition, pre and post opening training is provided at your restaurant location.

What experience do I need to become a 375° Chicken ‘n Fries franchise owner?

Prior experience owning a restaurant is not necessary, but we do require a minimum of three years restaurant management experience with proven track a record of success and solid financial acumen. You should also possess an authentic passion for quality food and exceptional hospitality. Being community-oriented, having great communication skills and demonstrating a hands-on attitude are all welcomed and highly valued.
